DEBIT CARD UPDATE:

If you get declined for debit card transactions,  please retry your transaction by entering the PIN. 

There are certain fraud protection measures in place that will not authorize the transaction by only swiping the card.   However, the transaction may be approved once you enter your PIN (Personal Identification Number).   There should not be the $1.00 fee in these cases.   If your account gets charged a fee, please call us for a refund.

Please keep in mind that this is simply the next step to try if your transaction does not work as a credit transaction as it has in the past.   For your convenience your debit card should work a majority of the time without using the PIN number.
